Privacy Notice — Personal Data Processing

Pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), the personal data provided through this form and the images/videos created during the photography service will be processed for the following purposes:

Performance of the service: contract management, organisational communications, delivery of the photographic and video material.
Archiving: storage of the files in the photographer’s digital archives, including after delivery, for any future requests for copies or reprints.
Publication: use of a selection of images for the photographer’s promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolio, competitions and exhibitions), with the absolute exclusion of photographs featuring newborns and children, unless separate and specific written authorisation is provided by the parents.

The consents for archiving and publication are optional and may be withdrawn at any time by writing to the Data Controller. Refusing consent to publication does not in any way affect the performance of the service.
